    Springbush Homestead creations will accept return requests in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

    If there is a fault with any product, please contact us within seven (7) days whereby return and inspection will be arranged. A replacement product will be offered for any returned faulty goods and dispatched within 5 business days of receipt of the returned product.

    If a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law, this will be processed back to the same account/card that was used for original payment within 5 business days of receipt of the returned product.

    Due to the personal nature of our products and sanitary requirements, no returns or exchanges can be accepted outside of this policy, for example change of mind.
